He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lee Neal and Una Margaret Neal (Oliver). He is survived by: his wife Mary Neal; his children, Don James Neal Jr. (Tommie) of Wagoner, OK and Melinda Keeton (Jay); his grandchildren, Kristen (Joseph), Courtney, Hayden, Jorden, Mason, Michaela (Charles) and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Aly and Charlie.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery.
