Daniel Davidson Powers Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Davidson Powers (Wagoner, Oklahoma), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aca Carl Powers and Hazel Fern Powers; his son Daniel Aca Powers; and his siblings, Arlene Powers, Charles Powers, Corrine Carpenter, Shirley Grewing, Jean Doerr, Joan Upton and Kenneth Powers.
He is survived by: his wife DeEsta Lee Powers; his daughter Darla Powers-Holmes; his son-in-law Rick Holmes; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Rose Holmes and Eric Daniel Holmes.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Mallett Funeral Home (417 E Cherokee St, Wagoner, OK 74467). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (115 South Boulder Ave W, Tulsa, OK 74119). A committal service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:30 PM at 1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74467.
