She was predeceased by: her husband Lowell D. Hawkins Sr.; her daughter Sue Green; her parents, Charles Williams and Mabel Williams; and her sisters, Marie Edwards, Catherine Devers, Mae Devers, Irene Gilbo and Charlene Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Hawkins (Linda) and Karen Pavia (Johnny); and her brothers-in-law, Joe Hawkins of Tulsa, OK and Bill Smith of Chouteau, OK.. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
