He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Fetter and Stella Fetter (Uhline). He is survived by: his brother Norman Fetter (Jerrie) of Big Cabin; his nephew Robert Fetter (Tammy) of Big Cabin; his great-niece Delila Fetter of Big Cabin; and his close friends, Beverly Lynette Brock (Luke Livingston) of Independence, Kristie, Shad Seaton of Vinita, Will Seaton and Taylor Nolte.
