He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred M. Rapp and Mathilda Rapp (Vogel); and his sisters, Clara "Corky" Mehrman and Doris Schaller (Walter). He is survived by: his wife Dianne K. Duncan; his daughters, Sandra K. Buell of Rosenberg, Shirley J. Spaulding (Mark) of Vinita and Stephanie L. Cook (Don) of Carl Junction; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Duncan (Bonnie) of Molina, Daniel Duncan (Pat) of Millstadt, Phyllis Haas (Kenny) of Millstadt and Sue Ann Goodwin (Jim) of Bartlesville.
