Thelma Marie Guthrie Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Marie Guthrie of Vinita, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Theadore Cooper and Ollie Bell Cooper (Pitts); her husband Harry Lynn Guthrie; her siblings, Alfred Cooper, Marvin Cooper, LaRue Ramsey, Patricia Brown and Lorrine Bates; her great grandchildren, Porter and Liam; and her son-in-law Mike Carroll.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Sparkman (Bryan) of Vinita, Donna Osman (Don) of Vinita and Brenda Foreman (Robert) of Vinita; and her grandchildren, Haylee Alford (Kevin), Jonathan Nair (Leslie), Harley (Aaron), Dallie McSpadden, Newly, Leslie McSpadden, Billi, Ryan Bates, Tyler Hill, Erin Hill, Payton Carroll and Hailee Carroll. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Thelma worked for 23 years at Oklahoma State Bank before retiring, she was not retired for long and went to work for the Craig County Court House, where she continued to work until the pandemic.
