He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Eugene Helm and Carol Anna Helm (Ryan); his brother Thomas Helm; and his nephew Dakota Helm. He is survived by: his siblings, Arlena Bohannan (Shawn) of Vinita and Leslie Helm (Teresa) of Indiana; his sister-in-law Candi Helm of Kansas; his nephews, Kenneth McCord, Kodee and Austin Bohannan; and his friends, Cameron Hines of Afton and Jimmy Wyrick of Afton.
