He is survived by: his father Lawrence Mayes of Vinita, Oklahoma; his sister Gayla Anderson (Danny) of Pryor, Oklahoma; his niece Rachael Anderson (Kimberly Mabbott); his nephew Chad Anderson of Fort Collins, Colorado; his great-nephew Brooks Mabbott; and his great-niece Hayden Anderson.
