It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodger Dale Floyd in Vinita, Oklahoma, born in Sedan, Kansas, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah W. Floyd Jr. and Laura Charlyn Floyd (Davis); his grandson Ryder Lemmon; and his siblings-in-law, Waunita Floyd, Terry Lanning, Rick Littlepage and Steve Littlepage.

He is survived by: his sons-in-law, Brian Andrews and Jeremy Lemmon; his wife Connie; his children, Jason Floyd, Nikki of Mannford, Tammy Andrews (Brian) of Jenks and Mandy Lemmon (Jeremy) of Cushing; his grandchildren, Koby, Brailee Mai, Abby, Brayden (Tiger), Riley and Krager; his son Jeremy; his grandchildren, Dutch (Lauren) and Dane (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Asher, Kye, Noah, Beau and Nevaeh; his siblings, Gary Floyd (Marsha) of Liberal, KS, Larry Floyd (Rosemary) of Liberal, KS, Bob Floyd (Donna) of Vinita, OK, Harold Floyd (Brenda) of San Antonio, TX, Rita Lanning of Coffeyville, KS and Janice Lanning (Rick) of Liberal, KS; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Littlepage (Louise) of Independence, KS, John Littlepage of Lebanon, IN, Judy Palmer (Mick) of South Coffeyville, OK, Karen Littlepage of Wichita and Kay Littlepage of South Coffeyville, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Tom Hollis wrote a sympathy message

“So many good memories from just the few years we lived in Cushing. I will never forget Roger's generosity and the loving care he gave to us. He directed funerals for 6 of our family members and was truly a friend we could count on during difficult times. I thank God for giving us the opportunity to be friends with Roger, Connie and the whole family. We love you all and pray for God's peace in this time of true grief.
