He is survived by: his wife Karen Kelsey; his children, Mindy Mills (Ben) and Jason Kelsey (Diana); his grandchildren, Taelyn Bellew, Kyrstin Kelsey, Cameron Kelsey and Greyson Kelsey; his siblings, Bill Kelsey (Brenda), Dean Kelsey (Aubrena), Kevin Cherrington (Stacey) and Barbara Kelsey; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Kelsey, Kelly Jent (Eddie), Kathy Ruben, Kim Swango (Randy) and Krista Rose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
