He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Craig "Larry" Mullinax; and his grandparents, Dorothy Egan, Shirley Nole, Janis Ellison and Reggie Mullinax.
He is survived by: his mother Lynn Marie Mullinax (Egan); his children, Ryker Craig Mullinax and Fallon Marie Mullinax; his stepparents, Ed Newsome and Kristi Mullinax; his grandfather Thomas Egan of Tulsa; his brother Stephan Mullinax (Nichole); his nieces and nephews, Rhys and Remy of Cleora; his brother Dalton Newsome; his nieces and nephews, Emsley and August of Oklahoma City; his sister Jennifer Mullinax of Chicago; and his child Ketchum Ave.
