She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arnold Watkins and Helen Mae Watkins (Griffith); her husband Floyd Raymond "Flip" Howard; and her pets, Brandy and Whiskey.
She is survived by: her sister Marty Watkins Osten of Montgomery; her niece Jennifer Trull; and her nephew Chad Osten.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at the same location.
