She is survived by: her husband Howard Starks; her children, Pam Lowry (Ted) of Tulsa, Ronnie Starks (Lori) of Vinita, Lonnie Starks of Grand Lake and Howard Starks, Jr. of Vinita; her siblings, Jim Wright (Irene) of Vinita, Bill Wright (Judy) of Lawton, Joe Wright (Janice) of Welch, Joann Panter (Tom) of Miami and Phyllis Goins (Jerry) of White Oak; her grandchildren, Billy Lowry (Ashlee), Mandy Bryant (Travis), Beth Minson (Lance), Margo Belcoff (J. J.) and Ty Starks; and her great grandchildren, Joci, Ellee Bryant, Allie, Morgan Lowry, Pierce, Harper Belcoff, Ella, Emma and Addie Minson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
