She was predeceased by: her mother Billie Cox (Tyson); her husband Tyrone "Ty" Tate; her sister Nana Daniels; and her niece Tasia Foster. She is survived by: her siblings, Ralph Shelby (Rachelle) of Indiana, John Dykes of Salina, Oklahoma, Donna Ruhaak of Vinita, Sue Gray (Bob Porter) of Vinita, Betty Owens of Vinita and Tammie Foster of Vinita. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mary's memory to the Vinita Animal Shelter.
