He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Helen Cozart (Manzer); his son George Farrow; and his brother Charlie Cozart. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Cozart (Megan) and Justin Cozart of Joplin, Missouri; his grandchildren, Rainey Waterson and Trinity Cozart; and his siblings, Danny Cozart (Sylvia) of Maine, Pam Cozart of Grove, Teresa Bennett (Bruce) of Vinita and Mary Cozart of California.
