She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Adams and Lottie Adams (Russell); her husbands, Ben Simmons and Alvie Ervin; her sons, Alan McAnally, Stan Simmons and Gary Ervin; her grandsons, Bruce McAnally and Bryan McAnally; and her siblings, Ray Adams, Si Adams and Mamie Wheeler.
She is survived by: her son Allen Ervin of Owasso; and her grandchildren, Brett, Michael, Ryan, Tamara and Charles. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
