She was predeceased by: her parents, Gottfried Kafer and Christana Kafer (Zayre); her husband Earl Layman Scott; and her son-in-law Mark Buchanan. She is survived by: her children, Juergen "Charlie" Scott of Carl Junction, Layman Thomas Scott of Vinita and Janet Buchanan of Vinita; her grandchildren, Elizabeth West, Ashley Roemmich, Justine Scott and Alyssa Scott; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Walker, Katie, Aubrey and Harlow.
