She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Edward and Eunice S. Hightower (Swift); and her brothers, Ross Edward Hightower and Roscoe Hightower, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Michael D. Lewis; her daughter Sara Bailey (Tom) of Vinita; her grandsons, Zac Coleman and Drake Inman; her sisters, Eunice Eddene Thompson of Broken Arrow, Frances M. Peetoom (Jess) of Vinita and Sue Robinson (Jerry) of Buffalo, Kansas; and her sister-in-law Donna Kramer of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
