He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Emerson; his mother Marsha Ann Emerson (Hildebrand) of Vinita; his children, Jake Shaner (Emma) of Jersey City, NJ, Benjamin Shaner (Aslin) of Ogden, UT, Lucas Shaner (Kaylee) of Bountiful, UT, Isaac Shaner (Samantha Allen), Alexandra Barker (John) of Bountiful, UT, Andrew Shaner (Paige Anderson) of Kaysville, UT, Meredith Shaner of Heber City, UT and Tess Shaner of Heber City, UT; his sisters, Lacy Fitzpatrick (Kevin) and Erin Diaz (Victor) of Frisco, TX; his grandchildren, Oliver, Everett, Claire Barker, Hudson, Lainey Shaner and Lennox Shaner; his nieces and nephews, Max, Nina Diaz, Olivia, Emerson Fitzpatrick, Fletcher Wofford and Jackson Thach; and his parents-in-law, Toni and Steve Stanley of Vinita.
