He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert Johnson, Sr. and Charlotte Johnson (Grieser); and his siblings, Bob Johnson, Ralph Johnson, J. C. Johnson, Agnes Carrol and Phyllis Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his son David Johnson of Vinita; his former wife Doran Hendren; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Kaycee and Casey Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
