He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Joseph "Jack" Carr, Sr. and Wanda Lucille Carr (George); his wife Peggy Carr (Tanner); and his grandson Houston. He is survived by: his grandsons, Chad and Jeremy; his caregiver Hunter; his children, Wanda Carr (Brian French), Natasha "Tasha" Williams, Misty Clark, Chad Tanner and Jeremy Tanner (Kari); and his grandchildren, JJ, Hunter, Brooklyn, Clayton, Wyatt, Isaac, Soni, Skip, Dayten, Kira and Aumi.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Burckhalter-Highsmith Chapel (201 N Wilson St, Vinita, OK 74301).
