She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spradling and Mildred Spradling; her husband Jack Fisher; her brother Jimmy Spradling; her daughter Dina Magruder; and her granddaughter Sara Swartz.
She is survived by: her brother John Spradling (Beverly); her sister-in-law Pam Spradling; her children, Kerri Williams (Thad), Shaun Swartz (Andy) and Patrick; her son-in-law Monty Magruder; her grandchildren, Jessica Williams (Colt), Drew Swartz, Alex Swartz (Emily Jackson), Zac Swartz, Talley Thomas (Robert), Nick Magruder, Austin Williams (Jordyn), Greyson Williams, Manon Fisher (Joe Sullivan) and Madelyn Fisher; and her great grandchildren, McCoy Williams, McKinley Williams, Slater Thomas, Sterling Thomas and Baker Jayne Williams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
