He is survived by: his parents, James David Pendergrass Sr. and JoAnn Pendergrass (Jenkins) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sisters, Linda Dale of Broken Arrow, OK, Tracy Silman of Thorton and Pamela Wheeler of Arvada, Colorado; and his close friend Lisa Haslett of Vinita, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
