He is survived by: his wife Iona Beatrice "Bea" Necessary; his children, Randy Lee Necessary (Rhonda) of Pryor, Oklahoma, Deborah Ann Necessary-Robertson (Rory) of Wagoner and Julia "Julie" Smith (Stephen) of Corpus Christi, Texas; and his sister Barbara Jean Smith of Davenport. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
