He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo St. Elmo Havenar and Vivian Nadine Havenar (Hock); his sisters, Norma and Vivian; and his nephew Brian.

He is survived by: his wife Rita Fern Collins of Vinita; his children, Robyn Sunday (Elton) of Vinita, Perry Havenar (Margaret) of Nevada, TX, Crystal Leforce (Lonnie) of Vinita and Paul Havenar (Jennifer) of Tahlequah, OK; his brother Dale Havenar (Linda) of Cassville, MO; and his brothers-in-law, Roy Collins (Connie) of Owasso, OK and Wayne Collins (Phyllis) of Gold Canyon, AZ.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
