He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his son Michael Spainhower (Melissa) of Diamond Bar, CA; his siblings, Linda Chenoweth (Jack) of Lincoln and Nick Spainhower of Bentonville; and his grandchildren, Mitchell Spainhower, Noah Dial, Mary Kate Dial, Melanie Spainhower and Madison Spainhower.
