He is survived by: his wife Sonya (Rice); his stepsons, James Hair (Tiffani) of Adair and Jake Hair of Tahlequah; his siblings, Jim Heard (Debbie) of Vinita and Debbie Heard of Big Cabin; his stepgrandchildren, Brody and Skyler Longhorn; his sisters-in-law, Amanda Fraley (Mark) of Adair and Linda Sue Heard of White Oak; and his great-nephew Pudge Fraley.
