She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her son Jeff Cook; her wife Barbara of Pryor, Okla.; and her daughter Kerri Kirby of Lubbock, Tex.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and 5 nieces and nephews.
