He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Boone and Kora Parks; his daughter Lindsey Hodge; and his siblings, Ronnie Mayhew and Brenda Parks.
He is survived by: his daughter Korynn Boone of Miami, OK; and his siblings, Darrell Parks of Vinita, OK and Betty Parks of Ft. Smith, AR. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews and many other relatives, friends.
