She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Douglas and Helen Nichols Douglas; and her former husband James Patrick. She is survived by: her husband Robert Sawin; and her children, Deborah Helen Robbins, Desiree Ann Waddle, Dennis Harold Sawin and Deanna Lynn Green.
