He is survived by: his wife Glenda Hemphill (Spaulding); his children, Patricia Hemphill of Quapaw, OK, Larry Hemphill (Ofelia) of Elmore City, OK and Susan Wagoner of Vinita; his grandchildren, Jesse Hemphill (Emily, Evan Wagoner) and Rori Woody; and his sister Carolyn Conlin.
