She was predeceased by: her parents, Obe Hayes and Lula Bell Hayes (Jenkins); her husband Harold C. Neal; her son Harold Cletus "Clete" Neal; her granddaughter Stacy Dawn Neal Wade; her siblings, Ruford, Oren, Jimmie "JD" Hayes and Virginia Juanita Henley; her nieces, Dana Aldridge, Ollie Rutherford and Eva Scofield; and her nephew John Rhoten.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Jeanen Huen (Marvan) of Claremore, Gralena Jane Neal, Dean Evert Neal (Shirley) of Neosho and Curtis Narvin Neal (Brenda) of Vinita; her daughter-in-law Patsy Neal of Claremore; her grandchildren, Brandon Neal of Seneca, MO, Nathen Neal of Vinita, Kelly Reavis of Allen, TX and Isaac Duncan of Joplin, MO; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Dallas Rogers of Coffeyville, KS, Nevaeh Neal of Seneca, Eian, Bayley Neal of Vinita, Logan and Lakin Duncan of Joplin, MO; and her nieces and nephews, Laveta Rakes of Seneca, MO, Donna Anderson of Bradenton, FL, Jana Stevens of Joplin, MO, Susie Krusemark of Seneca, MO, Jacci Hayes, Michael Hayes and Jerry Hayes. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
