He was predeceased by: his parents, Jolene H. Bullard (Reed) and Edward N. Bullard; and his brothers, Buddy Bullard and Eddie Bullard. He is survived by: his siblings, Harmon L. Bullard (Fran) of Crofton and Deborah A. Kirkpatrick (Charles) of Durant; and his close friend Patty Talley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
