She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Woolman Sr. and Martha Elve Woolman (Glover); her husband Charles Vincent Cook; her siblings, Inalou Speck and Louie Woolman Jr.; and her brother-in-law Larry Wayne Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Robbie Cook of Vinita, Cody Cook of Tulsa, Reth Burks of Vinita and Chelsea Cook of Vinita; and her sisters, Judy Wallace of Welch, Inez Wright of Skiatook and Avis Baldridge of Vinita. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
