He is survived by: his son Jaxon Smith of Shattuck, Oklahoma.; his wife Dixie Smith; his mother Darlene Wapaha (Altaha) of Arizona; his brother Everette Pailzote of Arizona; and his grandmother Serena Altaha. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles; one niece; three nephews; and three great-nieces and nephews.
