She was predeceased by: her parents, George Olden and Josie Mae Fothergill Ball; her daughter Cindy Richey; her grandson Josh Richey; her siblings, Audrey Crites, Willa Mae Selby Stanley, Betty Jo Davidson, Wilfred Ball, Bill Ball, Roy Ball and John Ball; and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Ball, Richard Selby and Marion Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Ira, Rick Allen, Rusty Lenn, Jeffery Joe, Cindy Mae and Doug (Konnie) of Woodward, OK; her grandchildren, Daniel, Adam, Kyle, Brookie, Rikki Sue, Samuel, Rachel, Jason, Jessica, Jeremy and Jentry; her sisters, Patsy McDaniel and Norma Story (Jerry); and her sisters-in-law, Bernice Ball, Donna Ball and Arnetta Ball. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
