He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edwin Wingo and Wilma Gean Wingo (Jackson); his grandparents, Daisy, Eddie Jackson, Earl, Eunice Wingo Speck and Chet Speck; his sister Carolyn Kay; and his brother-in-law Jackie D. Brimer.

He is survived by: his sisters, LaDonna Foley (Jack), Earlene Weber (Greg) and Renee Wingo; his son Dustin Shayne Clark; and his grandchildren, Chesnie Clark (Tyler Beer) and Chase Clark. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, three nieces and three nephews.
