We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2019, at the age of 81, Melvin Spencer (Vici, Oklahoma), born in Douglas, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Maxwell and Florence Bailey Spencer; his brother Marion Spencer; and his niece Sandy Ann Spencer. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammie Sterling of Purcell, OK and Angela Finzer of Nebraska; and his siblings, Connie Darlene Hall of Springdale, AR, Marvin Spencer of Apache Junction, AZ and Meryl Edgar Spencer of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
