She was predeceased by: her mother Marilyn Kay Hopkins; and her sister Jody Booth. She is survived by: her father Bert Booth; her pet Jake; her husband Christen Guy; and her parents-in-law, Rodney and Twylah Guy. She is also survived by Three sister in laws, many aunts and uncles, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Tipton's Children Home.
