He is survived by: his mother Arnetta May Ball (Hunter) of Woodward, Oklahoma; his children, Colby Ball of Phoenix, Brock Ball of Baltimore, Dustin Ball of Fort Collins and Mandy Rush (Dylan) of Arnett, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Lainey Ball and Remi Rush; his sisters, Glenda Garrison (Rick) of Woodward, Oklahoma, Sheila Childress of Woodward, Oklahoma and Kay Husketh of Woodward, Oklahoma; and his aunts and uncles, Elvin Hunter, Ann Hunter, Norma Jean Story, Jerry Story and Shirley Hunter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
