She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy "Jim" Darrell McIntosh; her siblings, Ricky Lynn Belew, Garland and Darlene Belew; and her parents, Edna Ellen Belew (Payne) and Garland Marcus Belew.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa McIntosh Landis (Brett); her grandchildren, Tristan Alexander Landis and Madison Melind Landis; and her siblings, Charlene White, Dolores Cleveland (Dick), Larry Belew and Jerry Belew (Anna). She is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews.
