He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Allen and Coletta Goodman; his wife Barbara Harris of Vici; his son Billy Craig; his parents, Allen Bailey and Loyet Bailey; his siblings, Norine Greenwood, Earl, Kenny and Frank Bailey; his daughter Coletta Goodman (Reine); his grandson Bryan Goodman (Dalanie); his great grandchildren, Kaydance and Willow of Mooreland; his granddaughter Ashley Boswell (Brian); his great grandchildren, Chloe, Hayden and Addilyn of Vici; his grandson Cole Goodman of Vici; his son Bill Bailey (Crissa); his grandchildren, Mason Bates of Vici, Travin Roy of Vici, OK and Jenna Bailey; his great grandchild Noah Bailey of Medford, Oregon; his grandson Jared Bailey of Woodward; and his sister Lois Grose of Arkansas City, Kansas. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
