He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Young. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Young (Dalyrmple) of Laverne, Oklahoma; his former wife Diane Ertle; his daughter-in-law Vonda Jones; his wife Vonda Young; his children, Michelle Olson of Sterling, Colorado, Gary Young, Jr. of Sterling and Wayne Young of Sterling; his siblings, Diana Lee (Robert) of Amarillo, Phillis Price (Melvin) of Laverne, Oklahoma and Ray Young (Barbara) of Fort Supply, Oklahoma; and his aunt Wilma Lee Williamson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
