She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arlington McCarthey and Letha McCarthey (Stewart); her former husband Wilbur Oro Bentley; her husband Melvin Gossman; her grandmother Weenie; her children, Russell Bentley of Kansas City, MO, Judy Carder (Matt) of Sparks, NV, Wilma Killman (Darrell) of Yukon, OK and Cheryl Cates of Missoula, MT; her siblings, Earl McCarthey (Ellen) of Killeen, TX, Charles, Elaine and Barbara; and her nephews, Tommy Lynn and Gary Don. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
