He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert DeWitt and Vivian DeWitt; his son David Allan; his wife Darlene DeWitt; and his son James Grant DeWitt.
He is survived by: his children, June Lea Kittler of Vici, Oklahoma, Kari Lynn Lipham (Mark) of Vici, Oklahoma and Deszmond Douglas DeWitt of Loveland, Colorado. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and a host of brethren, friends, and family.
