He is survived by: his parent Karolyn Sue Hager (Grice); his wife Amie Hager of Vici; his children, Pamela Jade Hager (Tyten Ake) of Seiling, Hunter Hager, Dakota Hager and Wyatt Hager of Vici; his father Joe Hager; his siblings, Shane Hager (Mary) of Sharon and Shawnda Ferbrache (Jeremy) of Woodward; his siblings-in-law, Annie Buck (Towns) and Matt Buck of Vici; his uncles, Terry Hager and Rob Hager; his nieces and nephews, Sara Mae Clow (Dawson Fullbright), Phoebe Hager, Kortlyn Ferbrache, Billy Hager, Dillan Hager, Rylan Ferbrache and Quaid Hager; and his great-niece Hazelynn Mae Fullbright.
