He is survived by: his mother Alta Marie Evans (Smith); his brothers, Dale Evans (Paula) of Edmond, OK, Mark Evans (Brenda) of Perryton, TX, Lynn Evans (Melody) of Vici, OK and Johnny Evans (Brenda) of Woodward, OK; his sister-in-law Kitty Evans; and his sister Lynnetta Hutfless (Tim) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
