He was predeceased by: his father Lynn Evans. He is survived by: his mother Alta Evans (Smith); his wife Kitty Ann Webster; his children, Leana Albert (Mickey) of Hanover, IN, Betty Woodward (Eddie) of Owensboro, KY, Tiphanie McClellan of Vici and Ian Stewart (Rachel) of Vici, OK; his brothers, Charles Lynn Evans (Melody) of Vici, Dale Evans (Paula) of Edmond, OK, Mark Evans (Brenda) of Perryton, TX, Johnny Evans (Brenda) of Woodward, OK and Lynneta Hutfless (Tim) of Omaha, NE; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Webster, Tommy Webster and Hub Webster of Woodward. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, two aunts, four nieces, six nephews, and a host of friends.
