He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Laverne Carter (Cowett) of Vian, OK; his wife Tilira Carter (Hampton); his children, Quinton Carter and Amarra Carter; his father Marvin Carter; his sisters, Debbie Carter of Vian, OK, Linda Farless of Sallisaw, OK and Stacey Baldwin of Sallisaw, OK; his mother-in-law Debbie Hampton of Wagner, OK; and his niece Courtney Carter of Vian, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
