She was predeceased by: her father John William Risley; and her stepmother Ann Risley. She is survived by: her mother Emma Zoe Leeper (Thomason) of Sallisaw, OK; her daughter Samantha Wellman of Muldrow, OK; and her sister Johnie Sue Bussard of Reno, NV. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
